Fagfaces: Are they plotting to takeover the world?

Fagfaces. They’re the subcateogry of HomoHomoSapiensSapiens that proubably has “the gay gene.”
Now, not every gay person has this condition. Some gay people can even blend in with the Str8 masses.
You can tell that a fagface (FF) is gay from nearly 100 yards away. Think ice-cream- scopper-boy at Cedar Pointe or male flight attendant on Northwest Airlines.
Every FF is different, though certain things about this most-precarious group are constant:

The ‘Google’ of music

More than a reference, think Google with a splash of Ebay.
Discogs.com may be on the tip of everyone’s tongue, but few refer to the site as often as Google or Wiki. At first Discogs may seem limited, but it can be quite handy when looking for information about your favorite musicians. (more…)

The DEMF 2007 lineup highs and lows

Paxahau is in their second year of throwing DEMF (the Detroit Electronic Music Festival) — three four days of non-stop music partying beneath the hot, humid Michigan sun. Ahh … has it already been a year?
The partial lineup has been posted, and everyone is excited about hot acts like Claude VonStroke, DJ Godfather, Luciano, Mathew Jonson and expected players like Matthew Dear, Richie Hawtin, Ryan Elliott, John Acquaviva and Stacey Pullen.
Detroiter Seth Troxler is a recent add to the list. He’s another Detroit DJ we’ll be losing to Berlin this Summer, and his name is exploding all over our fair motor city.
As for the lackluster acts. Well, Loco Dice, The Wizard Jeff Mills, Kevin Saunderson and Ryan Crosson have all had disappointing performances in Detroit recently — let’s see how they turn it out for the festival. Why is nobody talking about this? (click through to read more)
